2025 Libertyville Days Festival Sponsorship Opportunity
The Libertyville Civic Center is offering an exciting opportunity for a local business or organization to participate as a sponsor in the 2025 Libertyville Days Festival beer garden.
The sponsorship would include the time slot of Saturday, June 14th from 6 pm – 12 am during which time, your company’s or organization’s representatives would work, under the guidance of the Libertyville Days Committee Beer Garden Chair, to serve beer to festival goers. During this time, many opportunities would arise to promote your business/organization to the thousands of people who attend the evening festivities, which include live music and a variety of food offerings. The festival would provide promotional signage and announcements in recognition of your participation.
The sponsorship fee for this rare opportunity is $750 and a commitment of 12-14 people is necessary. Our theme this year is Aloha Summer ‘25. You may wish to wear Hawaiian clothing, set up temporary tropical decorations, or distribute promotional materials. You may also provide beer cups with your logo if they are TRANSPARENT or significantly TRANSLUCENT cups. Alcohol is not allowed outside our tents and food court areas, and OPAQUE cups hinder enforcement of this rule.
