Express Employment Professionals of Libertyville is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Manager to join the team at their client who is a large distribution company! Work for a company that is customer-focused, eco-conscious, and has been in business for 30+ years.
 
Job Highlights:

• Temp to Hire
• Pay: $20-$24/hr, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Job Duties:

• Provide customer service support to clients and problem solve
• Provide solutions & ideas to help improve the CS department
• Manage CS agents and assign projects to team
• Hire and train incoming CSRs
• Maintain & document all customer service activities & discussions as needed
• Creating strategy for sales program that will lead to growth (Implement an effective customer loyalty program, Keep track of sales and implement sales goals)

 
Ideal Candidate:

• Seeking candidates who are reliable, excellent communicators, highly motivated
• Bachelor's degree required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
