• Position Type: Temp-Hire
• Location: Vernon Hills
• Schedule: 1st shift flexible hours with some overtime as needed

• Responsible for servicing, testing and evaluating electromechanical products and related accessories
• Troubleshoot, replace and repair defective components
• Solder and de-solder both surface mount and thru-hole components
• Troubleshoot to the component level using schematics, oscilloscope and multimeters
• Follow all quality systems and company procedures to ensure the quality of products provided to customers

• 2 year technical degree in electronics or related field
• 2-3 years of prior experience in electronic or electromechanical technician role
• Experience with electronic circuits
• Soldering experience
• Prior background working with oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Able to read schematics
• Background working with medical devices is a plus
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
