About Us

Hearing Associates, P.C. (HAPC), established in 1980, is a private practice in Audiology comprised of three Doctors of Audiology and two licensed hearing aid dispensers. Doctors of Audiiology are licensed professionals who diagnose, treat, manage, and prevent hearing loss. HAPC provides comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessment, state of the art hearing aids, group audiologic rehabilitation classes, and individual auditory training. The Doctors of Audiolgoy are Medicare and insurance providers.

In an effort to provide audibility everywhere, Dr. Linda S. Remensnyder, owner of the practice, has facilitated the installation of hearing loops in over 50 community locations (ie., places of worship, senior center gathering rooms, and theaters) as well as residential living rooms. Hearing loops allow patients to link wirelessly via their personal hearing aids into a facility's sound system, thereby alleviating problems with distance, background noise, and reverberation.
